Two New Hokies
The Dinwiddie Generals were proud to have 2 of their senior student-athletes sign with the Virginia Tech Hokies on National Signing Day last week.
DE Corey Marshall and QB Chris Hall will both be heading off to Blacksburg next season.
Marshall should be a nice fit on the defensive line for VT defensive coordinator Bud Foster’s attacking defense. A role where he should flourish.
Hall was recruited by the Hokies as a tight end, despite having several schools around the country offer him as a QB.
The Generals were the only school in Virginia, or anywhere else…for that matter, to have two players sign with Virginia Tech – the ACC Champions in football for 3 of the last 4 seasons(’07, ’08, ’10).
